*Any cancellation within a 48 hr period of the appointment time will result in 50% -100% of the cost of service.

*Any and all requests for corrections to services must be done with 7 days of the service time.  We do not offer refunds for services, but if a request is made within the 7 day period can provide corrections.

*If you are running late please notify the salon.  Any appointment running over 15 min late might run into the need to be rescheduled and be subject to a no show fee.  If the stylist can still receive your service late that day, you will be charged a waiting fee of $1 per min.

*The Salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Regarding clothing we offer drapes and smocks to help prevent damage however it is not the responsibility of the salon for any damaged items.
