This level system ensures that every guest is matched with a stylist who fits their needs and budget, while giving our team clear pathways for professional growth and achievement.
Our Rental System
Flowers Salon is proud to be a **hybrid salon**, welcoming both employees and independent stylists who rent space within our beautiful locations.
Level 1 Assistant/Associate
New stylists begin their journey here, receiving hands-on training and mentorship from our senior team members while building their skills and confidence.
